Bella Hadley
Program Manager
Bella Hadley (she/her) is a Midwest-based actor, advocate, and arts administrator. She comes to ACO from the Embassy Theatre and Middle Waves Music Festival in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she served as Programming Manager. Her work has supported nonprofit arts and cultural organizations including the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, Believe In A Dream, Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne, and the Fort Wayne Dance Collective. Bella recently appeared with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic in Peter Boyle’s Ellis Island: The Dream of America and previously narrated the orchestra’s Stories in Music series. She has also served as a Director, Guest Clinician, and Accessibility Coordinator, in addition to her work as Stage Manager for Marian at Foellinger Theatre — an independent production mounted after being canceled by Carroll High School due to its LGBTQ+ themes. She holds a deep commitment to inclusive, accessible, artist-centered spaces and a passion for supporting meaningful work for creatives, changemakers and storytellers alike.
